  To discuss a custom or detailed order or a change/addition to an existing order, please use the e-mail and phone numbers below. To change or cancel an already placed order please call us, as we can't check email often while we are baking.Orders@ComfortCookies.net (802) 782-8257  We bake on a first come, first served basis. We will attempt to bake your order as soon as possible, usually within one day of ordering. Unless otherwise notified, we will attempt to NOT have your order sit in a post office over the weekend, but no guarantees can be made once your order is in possession of the respective delivery agent.
We will attempt to send your order to you as economically as we can, but will not change shipping methods without your permission first. (If you select UPS 2 Day, we may ship FedEx 2 Day if that will be cheaper for you, but we will not change an overnight request to a ground shipment without first getting your authorization.) Orders made with the US Postal Service as delivery agent routinely have their shipping charges adjusted DOWN as we can often fit an order into a flat rate box (especially true of orders shipping to the west coast of the US.) We cannot take returns on perishable baked goods, but we do want you to be happy with your order. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase for refund or replacement. | |
